Micro-needling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure, in which a micro-roller or pen fitted with tiny needles, makes microscopic perforations in the skin. As the needles stamp the skin they penetrate the dermal layer, and this action encourages the body to repair itself.
Stretch marks or striae are streaks in the skin, which are usually the result of the excess stretching of the skin due to pregnancy, or significant weight changes.
