We are located in Roswell in an office park that is very convenient to Marietta, Alpharetta and Woodstock. Our office initially was in Cobb County and is now positioned right at the junction of Cobb and Fulton Counties. DIRECTIONS

From 285– Take 285 to 400 North. Go north on 400 to Exit 7B (Roswell). Turn on to Holcomb Bridge Road. Go straight on 92. Holcomb Bridge Road will change it’s name to Crossville Road (after crossing Alpharetta Highway ) and then Woodstock Road. Stay straight on 92 for about 10 minutes. Look for the Super Target on the right side. Once you see it, you are about 2 miles from the office. Continue on Route 92. Look for Wildwood Office Park on the right hand side. Make a right into the office park. Make the first left and you will see our building on the right side. It is building 600 (Suite 6150).

From 75– Get off at Canton Road. Take Canton road to Sandy Plains Road. Make a right on to Sandy Plains. Stay on Sandy Plains Road (about 8 miles) until it dead ends on Woodstock Road. Make a right onto Woodstock. After you pass the QT on the right hand side, get into the left lane. We are on the left side of the street almost directly across from QT. Go to the next traffic light and turn left into the office park. Then turn around and get back on Woodstock Road. You will then turn right into Wildwood Office Park . Once in the office park, turn left and you will see us on the right hand side, Bldg 600, Ste 6150.

OUT OF TOWN PATIENTS

If you are traveling from out of town for your appointment, we want to assist you in making your trip and visit as comfortable as possible. For those coming in for a medical visit, it will be helpful if you have completed and sent your New Patient Packet back to us prior to the visit so that the doctor can review you history. If you are interested in a cosmetic procedure, we can perform a Virtual Consultation to limit your travel time. If you have a digital camera, smart phone or web cam, these devices can be utilized to get information to the doctor so that we can schedule a one on one  Virtual Consultation with Dr. Kelley.  We can provide instructions to help you set up an account on Skype or Instant Messenger that allows video calls for no charge.
